Working together with an award winning provider, Walmsley's The Way to Move wanted to provide a service that will offer not only an assured sale but also a faster completion time. If you'd ever considered Auctions before, our “Committed Deal” service could be an ideal middle ground. It will also cost you nothing! Although the “Committed Deal” is not for everyone, for the right property, at the right price and if your requirements are speed and certainty, it could be an ideal and very effective solution.

LAUNCHPAD
(A low upfront fee with no commission payable upon completion, at all!)

I've met many clients who have literally looked me in the eye and said “I'd like to do it myself but need a little advice!”. The “Launchpad” service has been built for the skilled and “hands on” professional. For a low upfront cost, you will benefit from professional photography and floor plans, a “For Sale” board, a Rightmove (and additional portals) listing and receive weekly diarized video or telephone consultation at a time to suit you. If you've sold before and know the process (or if you've always wanted to!) then this could be the perfect solution!

Comprehensive
(No sale no fee with a competitive percentage paid upon completion!)

Our "Comprehensive" service is what most homeowners would consider “traditional estate agency”. We do it all and you do not pay until your property sale has completed. With consultancy and advice throughout, "Comprehensive" presents full marketing, viewings, sales negotiation and sales progression all the way through to key hand overs, handshakes (and hugs (optional)!)

EXCLUSIVE
(A competitive marketing fee deducted from a No Sale No Fee percentage upon completion!)

If your home is really unique or you simply want the very best of service, presentation and delivery, the “Exclusive” service will be certain to appeal. With an attractive and later discounted marketing charge, we will produce a presenter led video tour of your home and its surroundings. You could take a starring role too (optional of course!)! “Personal stories”mean so much more than just the words on a page. We will capture the true essence of why you chose your home as well as presenting it beautifully for the next lucky owners. With HDR photography and even your sales progression undertaken by our dedicated legal professional, there is a genuine reason we chose to call this service level, “Exclusive”.
