Happy New Year to all! Let’s hope for health, happiness, success and stability for all.
Just before the festive period started we received the early Christmas present of the “2025 Best Estate Agent Guide Gold Award for Marketing Sales & Results”! This followed last year’s award and was certainly a wonderful surprise too.
Awards are funny things though?
Not every property marketed for sale by us or every agent sells. There are so many intangibles within the process. Sometimes these intangibles are entirely personal (changes of circumstances with work/relationships etc), some are financial and some are simply timing and price related?
A property can only sell to one buyer so whatever the market conditions, our job (and every agent’s job tbh!) is to simply achieve the very best results for our client and secure the”right” one!
Sometimes it’s straightforward, sometimes it’s not.
I guess this award, which is judged across all UK agents, is simply a vindication that we as an agent are doing everything we can to achieve the success and the results our clients need to move forwards.
It’s nice to know that what we hope we are doing, seems to actually be what we are!
